We are wanting to test our new tent in Moreton in Marsh, Cotswolds this weekend, but cannot find a campsite with vacancies. Does anyone know of any they could recommend. We have friends staying in their motorhome at the Caravan club site, but they dont accept tents and would like to stay close by.

The C&CC site at Chipping Norton is ten minutes away from Moreton - is that too far? Not the most exciting site in the world, but good facilities and well run.

Folly Farm is 2.5 miles from Bourton-on-the-Water is my daughters family favourite. Quite a simple site, another is Fosseway Farm

Fosseway Farm is full. I rang them earlier. I realise now I have left it rather late. Our friends are going tomorrow so I will ask them to drive around and look for somewhere. I saw the Chipping Norton site, but would prefer to be a bit closer if possible, I'll probably be the designated driver after a nice meal out!

Great news, our friends are at Moreton in marsh today and they have managed to book us in at Fosseway Farm. I'm quite excited now. Only my second time camping, really looking forward to it. Thanks for your help.
