We've just bought a Forest Experience Card which came through in less than a week. We booked our break over the phone but the first time we phoned we had to request a callback as all their operators were busy.
We've got our confirmation of booking which also came through very quickly.
Did you book online? I think I've seen previous posts where other campers have had problems with online bookings and not receiving confirmation.
I think my hubby was told to contact them if our Forest Experience card hadn't arrived within 2-3wks.
I would try phoning again and ask to speak to a Customer Service Manager esp as you've been waiting for 5wks.
