We havn't yet booked for last week of July and first week of august and are looking for a site that can accept a large tent for these weeks.

places we have contacted so far are fully booked so can anyone recomend a site that is likely to still have places available or one that does not accept advanced bookings?

Hi Hendre Eynon, near St Davids, may still have a space or two available. See HERE. If you do get in there, look out for us as we are booked in there those weeks.

One we once managed to get onto when everywhere else was full was HERE. Only about five tent pitches and the EHU was a spare one on the caravan site which meant throwing the cable over a stream. Not much in the way of facilities, hot water for anything was by slot meter, and there never actually seemed to be very much of it.
