Hi guys, were new to camping, and wanted some advice about booking somewhere peacefull and quite, the wife is worried about booking somewhere and its going to be full of chavs and hoodies, we are looking for somewhere quite as it will be our first time camping with our 2 kids. Cheers.

hi jjrottie , welcome. where were you thinking of going ? most campsites wont tolerate bad behaviour but i know what you mean . have experienced it myself in the past
we love going to devon, were going on saturday to a site called finlake but were stopping in a log cabin this time, onley bought the tent yesterday and going to buy more supplies as we go.

You can get chav types on any site but it is possible to lessen the chance by going for the smaller sites with basic facilities
We only require toilet, tap and disposal point as a minimum then showers are a welcome addition, it all depends on what you want out of a site, using this criteria we only got bugged by one lot of idiots all last year and they soon were evicted
