We love Norfolk.
Found the traffic much better than Devon/Cornwall, maybe we were lucky.
Have stayed in Hunstanton, it is a small town, very quiet at night. Has a good beach.
Had good weather the two times we were there.
Stayed at Searles holiday park, would have thought it could keep two teenage girls occupied. has outdoor and indoor pool.
Also close to KingsLyn for shopping.

We stayed at Old Brick Kilns near Fakenham in April.

Lovely site, very well run. It was quiet in April as we went between Easter and May Day Bank. Not quite sure about it as far as two teenage girls are concerned, but we liked it.

Searles may be better for them, not sure Mum and Dad would like it. It's more than a bit commercialised.

Plenty of beaches within 20 minute drive, Norfolk Broads at Wroxham a 40 minute drive, Pensthorpe Wildlife Park - that of "Springwatch" and a boat trip to the seals at Blakeney Point, North Norfolk Steam Railway and loads besides.

Vic

Love Norfolk and usually visit every other year. With teenagers would sugest Searles or Vauxhall at Gt Yarmouth, for smaller less holiday camp type parks there are loads , have a look on the 'Campsite search' facility' Whats Norfolk got going for it ? Well, my favourite thing is no motorways. Travel anywhere apart from the A12 or A47 and it's like going back in time. River trips or hire a self drive launch for the day. A proliferation of different museums, Motor Museum. Steam Engine Museum, Tram & Trolleybus Museum, Museum of the Broads(Thats a must) RAF Radar Museum and the maritime Museum plus a museum of country life in the tallest windmill in the country , the name escapes me. Plenty of sandy beaches within easy reach with a full blown seaside resort in Great Yarmouth with theatres etc. Have fun........Mick

We go to North Norfolk as often as possible..... It has some of the best countryside you will ever see, is steeped in history and is so tranquil and peaceful (in most parts) that you will not want to come home!!!
We stay at Deers Glade at least once a year but have stayed in other sites as well.. Try Cromer and Sheringham/Holt also Wells next the sea is nice.
You are never that far from Yarmouth and Caister (for the girls) the Norfolk Broads are stunning if you like messing about on a river and there are loads of other attractions too.....
