Hi. We're staying at long beach, Hemsby in 3 weeks and were wondering if there are any nice places to eat (esp indian!).Its o/h b'day while there so somewhere a bit special for that would be great. Thanks

Hemsby mainly caters for the touristy beach crowd with the usual Fish & Chip shops, Diners, Take-aways.

However, just round the corner from the King's Head Inn (Nuthatch Cottage) in Hemsby there is a nice Italian restaurant "Don Luigi's", or for an extra special family restaurant try The Lacon Arms.

Ther is an Indian on the way into Caister, it used to be the centurian pub can't remember the name now, its at the top of the hill opposite the coach garage.

feard as much-we shall avoid this bit like the plague. it was the sand dunes that clinched the deal, my 12 yr olds can't wait...........thanks for the response

The indian in caister is called vindaloo...., another nice place is the castle carvery in caister.
