To save me trawling through, does anyone know of or recommend any nice sites in and around the Poole area in Dorset please?

Some friends of ours have stayed here in Poole loads of times and they rave about the site (sometimes to the point of driving us mad) but the reviews are really good:

Sandford Park and Rockley only if you want rowdy!

we went to Rockly last year in september and was not at all rowdy

In fact we are going back next month

Yes exactly, if you want a site that is all singing and dancing fine, if you don't it won't be your kind of site.  The OP doesn't say what they are looking for but I was just pointing out that these two sites in particular are very big, very commercialised and come with the resultant bustling atmosphere.
