Hi,

anybody have any suggestions for a suitable camp site that might have space at short notice for family camping in the Bala / Betwys-Y-Coed area for a couple of nights. Ideally somewhere with a bit of space rather than a crowded site.

You could also try this one - Cae Du at Beddgelert. there's very little on-site facilities for children but the site is excellent.

We've been several times and have never had any complaints or issues. Very well run.

I second jayandkate suggestion.

Plenty of space at that site.

I myself am heading to beddgelert to the Hafod Y Llan National Trust Site as its 1st come 1st serve
