Totally agree the Cyder Farm and Dairyland are both worth a visit. I think Landsend has been totally comercialised which has ruined it, I prefered it when you could just have a walk around and not faced by attractions you have to pay to get into. Crealy's is supposed to be the best day out, but we were very disappointed with it. There's a place that used to be called 'cornish gold' which is a nice afternoon out, it's name has escaped me for now. All the beaches are lovely.
If you go to Mevagissey, use the charity sports hall car park as you enter the village, cheap parking and lovely attendants. If you go to Padstow there is a park and ride which is worth using as parking by the harbour is horrendous.
We were most impressed at how dog friendly it is down there. We even stopped at one pub and asked if we could eat in the beer garden with the dog, of course they said, you can bring him inside if you want!
Flambards is a good day out if you like theme parks and a bit of history, although no good if you've got a dog.
Lots of really lovely places to visit, I'm almost convincing myself to go back there next year
Just come back to me, Cornish Gold is now called TreasurePark.

Healeys Cyder farm - free sampling head south from Newquay, past the roundabouts at Goonhaven and carry olong that road for a few miles and it's on your right hand side.
Are you taking kids ? Holywell bay amusement park and Dairyland are good (near Newquay)
Lands End - £10 for a photo at the sign is a little steep though, but they have a few things to do there for kids.
As for camp sites, we stopped at Tollgate Farm (waiting for my review to be published) and rate it very highly.
the cider farm is on the left but yes nice free sampling
