Were wanting it to be a quiet site alittle like wild camping but with a toilet block.Id love to find a campsite thats like the wood, covered with trees and shelter. We have a dog so this is our main reason.Theres just sooo much to choose from we dont know were to go.We have 2 kids but there teengers so dont really need a park there quite happy playing on thier mobiles lol.

The star caravan park is only 1 mile from alton towers and very peaceful with a lovely country pub across the road for drinks and bar meals. Lovely well kept site but very strict rules, this could be good OR bad, depending on whay you are expecting of your hol
hi callow top campsite in the derbyshire dales is a nice site little outdoor pool although not so sure about that this time of year brr. has a little pub that brews it's own beer, fishing lake, small amusement arcade (really small) ehu pitches all hardstanding with hedges to give a sense of privacy, two non electric fields and a good dog walk area....not much about, nice walk into ashbourne but is nice and quiet...
You might try the Conkers C&CC site - next door to Conkers Conservation 'Theme Park'. The site itself is quite open, bur trees available in the 'Theme Park'. (P.S> It's not a 'traditional' theme park, more of a conservation area.)
