Hi

New to all this but believe that some pubs have pitches for MH.....and that the fees are low or zero if you have a meal with them.

Do any of you know of any that are within 40 miles of Oldham.

Cheers

A new one on me, that.

What you may find are pub CLs & CSs, that are basic in regards to facilities where you can stop for maybe £8 - £12 per night, but you have to be a member to use them.

You may be thinking of the Motorhome Stopover scheme, Costs £30 to join and you get a list of some 200 pubs where you can stay free for the first night but with the expectation of at least having a drink or meal in the pub.

We have used it a lot this year and had some really good meals and nights.

Many pubs will let you stay on the carpark for the night if you have a drink or meal but I like this scheme because you can ring ahead and plan your day accordingly.
