can anybody recommend any site which is as near to lincoln town centre as possible for a touring caravan ?

There used to be one not far of the town center think it was called Hartsholme Sorry not got time to search as on way out of door to work

This CL South Cliff Farm is a lovely little site and is 4 miles North of Lincoln.   The historic "uphill" area where the cathedral is, is within cycling distance.

It's the nearest site to the town and is on a regular bus route. the rest of the sites are just outside.

There is a feature in this months MMM (MotorHomeMotorcaravan Monthly) for sites in and around lincoln as there is a show this month for motorhomes.

short ferry fiskerton only 10 minute drive to town and open all year nice pub on site serving good food also small shop
