The_Isle_of_Avalon campsite is the nearest. Only 10 minutes walk from the town. Plenty of good reviews and it probably is a nice site in dry weather but the last time I went a month or so ago there had been a lot of rain and the camping field was like a bog. I was given a choice of camping in the bog or on a bit of lawn next to the owners bungalow alongside the main gate and right next to the road. I chose the latter once they had towed my car out of the bog for me!...so not a good weekend but I am sure not typical.
The next nearest is The_Old_Oaks at Wick about two miles from Glastonbury. This is a very nice and quiet adult only site.
