This road has been there a couple of years now, its a single carriageway link road and has a few industrial units on it at the motorway end, every time i have been on the road it is quiet but it maybe busier in the mornings and late afternoon as it is a good shortcut from Lytham StAnnes to the M55.
Nothing as bad as a main bypass though!
