Hi Jeff
You dont say how far you want to travel but i will reccommend brighouse bay in south west scotland it has everything you could ever want and is a large site but still has the feel of a smaller site the way its laid out. My wife and daughter (12) are there just now for a few days there is reviews on here and check out their website.
Has a big play park, indoor pool, small games room and if its the summer it has loads of outdoor activites its not the cheapest park but im sure if you go you will go back.
I assume from your location your from the north east if so dont know if this is a good thing or bad thing but the park seems to get loads of goerdies lol.
Hope this helps if you want info on area just ask.
Gerry
