We have a seasonal touring pitch at fell end and we use our van every weekend. We have had to put up with some serious disruption since january with the facilities being built, and even when they were finished and open they had a very noisy generator next to the new development that last week was removed (thank god). The good news is the facilities are alot different to what we were used to last year, with a 15 mtr pool, steam room, small gym, childrens ball pool and very good bar with great food and a large decked area outside. Halloween was the best weekend with it being very busy the atmosphere was great, and bonfire weekend wasnt far behind but the weather did make a difference to the turnout but didnt stop the bonfire and fireworks which were good. I too have noticed the website hasnt been updated to reflect the new fees, ours have gone up £600 per annum to £2,400 but this is for 12 months and with 4 passes for the pool etc. Not sure what touring prices are but its £3.00 to use the pool etc. Worth the visit though.
Cheers Scott
