Hi just wondering if anyone can help. We decided we would like to go camping and we were going to go in Oct last year but decided not to as after posting on here alot of the replies i got were saying as it would be our first time and with 2 small kids oct might be too cold, so we were thinking about feb half term. Im not to sure if it will still be too cold in feb our children are 5 and 2 and also dont have a clue where to go. Any advice would be much appreciated thankyou.

Last time we were looking at new forest area. We live in Berkshire area.

hi lisa.believe me ,it will still be cold in febuary.if you have ehu,get a good fan heater in the tent and it will make the world of difference but if i were you i would hang on for about 6 weeks or so and it should be getting warmer then anyway.

In February there is still a strong possiblity of snow.

I think if you can only choose October or February, then October would be/should be warmer.
