Looking for a change of scenery possibly. Seasonal not an option now but does anybody know of any sites that have a tow on, tow off facility from their storage compound?
I would prefer the Lyme Regis to Torquay stretch of the South Coast but would consider Poole/Bournemouth too.
Thanks in advance.

Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
The only one I know of, and that I,ve been to is Hedley wood, but its on the north Devon/Cornwall border. Its a nice site with a small bar, and resteraunt, and shop. Loads of people seemed to store their van, and have the tow on tow off. Great dog field too. Penny

CC sites at Weymouth ( Crossways £400 for a full year ), Chard ( Five Acres £210 March to October), and Paignton ( ( Ramslade £210 mar to Nov, £350 all year outside, £570 all year under cover ) all have this facility.

For a licence dated 1997 or later you must add together the plated max weight of the caravan and trailer, if the total is 3500 or less you can tow it. You may even tow a caravan with a MAM greater than the cars unladen mass the restriction was removed in 2013
Broadleigh Farm near Paignton have storage and tow on/tow off, I think that the storage is £160 every 6 months, then I think that its normal pitch fees when staying on-site
When we had a van I stored it at Dornafield and it was tow on, tow off. I loved it! Have a vague feeling thought that there's a waiting list for storage now.
