watergate bay is fab and only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/details.asp?revid=1747

We stayed at Watergate Bay last year and are returnin again this July/August...it has all you need and not too far from the beach..altho we didnt walk to the beach..there is a free minibus service takes you there and back or you can take the car and theres car parks there...

In 2008 we stayed at Pentewan Sands..another fab site which actually has its own beach...we had a front row pitch overlookin the sea..it was beautiful and we have said we'll return there also...

Both sites are all singin all dancin...pool..playgrounds..club house..restaurant..games rooms.. ect

Trevornick for us too! We had a fantastic time. It has a couple of bars, a pool, a great kids club morning and evening which was a god-send when the weather was bad, and about 10 mins walk from beautiful holywell bay. We dont like haven sites and felt trevornick was great for the kids and us but still had a really good feel. Although it is expensive i think it was worth the money.

Trevornick is a good shout though.

Yes Perran Sands, check it out then go and look at Trevornick, will never return to Perran Sands, awful place, all other sites are better!!

Take a look at Porth Beach Touring Park (using the search facility on here!).  It's right opposite a gorgeous sandy beach and not over commercial!
