Non listed in Cornwall
here's Dorset

http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/results.asp?county=Dorset&fires=on&fishing=on

North Devon
http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/results.asp?county=N%20Devon&fires=on&fishing=on

Wiltshire
http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/results.asp?county=Wiltshire&fires=on&fishing=on

Go on the camp site search and choose your region (ie South West) then just click what you want from down the side - you can choose more than one thing to tick. Then it will bring up all the site with what you choose - fishing, campfires

Try Legge Farm, near Hatherleigh in West Devon, they have some great fishing lakes, but not sure about camp fires. There is also Hole Station which is listed here, allows camp fires but doesn't have fishing, but is only about a mile from Legge Farm which does day permits. Just re-read all that, sounds complicated but isn't really.

Did you follow Keelys advice and use the site search?  If so did you find anything suitable?

Hole Station is fab.  REALLY peaceful set amongst forest - wake up to woodpeckers and pheasants.  Camping fires provided (you just buy the "fire packs") and a fireside bench per pitch.  Only twelve pitches all spaced out.  Solar showers and compost loos though (we didnt find them a problem).  15 minute walk along a disused railway line to the local village pub.  Beautiful on a clear evening, sitting by the fire watching the stars.  No fishing on site but am sure there must be some nearby.  Not far from Bude (for a day trip)

It was my favourite site of all time - until they stopped allowing dogs for some odd reason.

Thanks everybody I have found all your advice really useful and I found using the search engine from keely a little campsite that has open fires and a river running through it you can fish in by the Breacon Beacons called Priory Mill Farm!

That does sound great, not sure about leaving the dog behind though. I am going to check it out for our holiday this year.
