We get our son to take his DS and IPOD plus laptop, sad I know but it works wonders, I do a recky on the site too about whats on offer, last year we went to Ladram bay and it had an arcade and family bar with entertainment which is where our son and mate hung round until the cufew time we set. plus stuff for younger kids too.

Was weird because we felt we had a holiday without them as they only came back for food and money (nothing changes there)

ASk them what would keep them happy on holiday?

I just hope it doesn't end up like that episode of "The Inbetweeners" on channel 4, I won't go into it, if you've seen it you'll know what I mean! (you may find it on 4-OD online, I'm sure the teenagers would've watched it)

Try Whitehill just 4 miles from Paignton. Been camping there for years. Our son is now 18 and still wants to go there, bringing his friends.

Outdoor swimming pool, 3 play area's, childrens crafts. Kids disco up to 9pm with older kids disco till 11am. Arcade. Games room.

Lots of space, private woods, bikes and scooters allowed.

Brilliant security officers patrolling the camp all through the night. The children are safe to have a later curfew.

Bus from camp to Goodrington where there is a large aquapark.

Not sure if it is your cup of tea, but when our teenagers used to come with us, we would chose a Haven site because of all the amenities and there's plenty for the little ones.  Had we lived further south, I think we would have visited River Dart country park.

My girls are 12 & 13, we don't allow them to take DS, laptop or ipod touches!!  We always pick sites with FREE pools and they are happy. They love Whitehill country park also  Newquay holiday park, We were there last week and they spent 5 hours in the pool on bank holiday monday!!!

someone mentioned stowford, if i was you i would avoid as they charge for pool and its indoors.
