im in birmingham and woldnt want to travel over 2 hours...pubs in the towns are waaaaay to busy so ive decided to try find a campsite with a pub or a pub nearby. it jus sounds a better idea....

Last weekend I was away and a group of families took their widescreen tv from home and setup under some trees at the back of their pitch.

BBQ and beers were order of the day.

Heading to a pub sounds a good plan though to me!

We are off to Linton lock camping and caravan site,it is 7 miles north west of York.We arrive tomorrow about 3pm and are staying for a week taking in the next two England games.

 

It sounds like a nice site with a pub/cafe on it and fishing and a loch see reviews on here.
