Hi,

I'm sure this question has been asked over and over again but here goes:

I have three kids, 7, 5 and 1 and two dogs and of course my better half.  We live in Northumberland.

Can any recommend some good sites that are brilliant for families.  I see a lot of sites listed with a playground but some more info would be brilliant.

Ideally a 2-3 hour drive would be ideal.

We are going camping to Vale of Pickering Caravan Park 26th July-1st August which has a lovely play area and loads to do in the surrounding area.

We are also going to Cote Ghyll in Osmotherley near Northallerton for the August Bank Holiday weekend which is another lovely site for families.

I have 3 grandchildren age 6 and twins 4 i am looking for a place to take the caravan and leave them and there parents to it, it must have a kids club for the kids so that mum and dad get a break to, but NOT a haven site, please help
