Just got back from a windy weekend at Duke of York and had a really good weekend.
However, the Peak District National Park want to close this site down and many others. I've no idea what the rationale is. The cynic in me suggests that the Authority may want to keep a select few open who can then charge more.
Please sign the petitions at the various locations threatened with closure so we still have a choice of camp sites.
