I am looking for a campsite that is a wow factor with views, and good walks in the area, a pub near by would be nice but not a must,the main thing is the scenary.

A lot of the sites around Keswick have fantastic scenery - my personal favourite is Keswick Camping and Caravan Club site.

Lakeside , very basic but stunning scenery ,about 15 mins walk to pub

Waterside
Ten mins walk in to Pooley Bridge

another one to look at is Chapel house farm at  Borrowdale nr Keswick.

Stunning scenery and a good pub nearby.

If you want a basic site in the Lakes with good views you cannot beat Low Wray near Ambleside, but there is not a pub nearby.

Thers one in the Duddon valley. Basic site,pub down the road and fantastic walks from your tent. I think its called tudor or manor farm. I'll have a look and try and do a link for you!
