Any ideas for a friend of mine she is looking for a site with outdoor activities for her kids ie zip wiring, absailing, quad biking, canoeing, you know the sort. Thank you.

What about some of the forestry commision sites (forest holidays), they have several up and down the country.  They do various activities plus i notice that some are near the go ape centres which offer this type of stuff.
