a 2hr drive from the surrey/london border? we have 2 kids aged 4 and 2 . Only looking for a 2 night break but have no idea where to go. Looking at the coast or the new forest area at the moment.

We only need hot showers (need to be clean as im a bit funny about things like that) and toilets. Would be good if they had some stuff for the kids.

We have been looking at nunnigton farm in west sussex and been looking at a few in the new forest, most seem to have limited facilities though

Nunnington Farm in West Wittering if I remember doesn't take bookings.  It has shower facilities and a petting zoo.  It isn't far from the beach.  There is a big campsite called Scotts Farm in East Wittering which is within walking distance of the town and beach.  I don't know if they have a play area or anything.    I believe it can be quite noisy though but haven't been there though.

Graffham C&CC site in West Sussex. Lovely woodland site, not far from Chichester and the coast, loads of interesting places to visit in the area (Singleton open air museum, Amberley chalk pits, Arundel castle, Fishbourne Roman palace, Portsmouth historic dockyard) and wonderful countryside for walks.
