A family bereavement has given me the task of caring for four grand children to entertain for August we love camping but all sites in Norfolk seem booked. Any ideas or site owners or farms out there with a pitch to offer?
Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
Breck Farm, Weybourne - do a search on here - they will always have ample space or Manor Camping at Happisburgh - they are the two campsites we always have "on the backboiler" in case we cant get in anywhere else.
Both are quite basic, Breck Farms toilets and showers are better than Happisburgh but Happisburgh is on the cliff top and has a pub at the entrance!
You could always try this one - http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/sites/details.asp?revid=9774 It's on a cliff top with direct access to a great beach, has heathland at the side where the kids could play hide-and-seek amongst the bracken, small on-site club and shop, takeaway/cafe and a pub/restaurant just across the lane, and a small amusement arcade a bit further down. Only about a mile from Hemsby with its beach, dunes and many shops, cafes and amusements. It's one of my favourite sites and I'll be there from Saturday for eight days, though I'll be in the touring section with my campervan.
