hi all, wonder if you kind lot could help me out again?!
I was due to go to yorkshire next week but there has been a change of plan and we now want to go to north wales, can anyone suggest a site that is child friendly and by that a playground lol
maybe evening entertainment and definately things to do in the local area for a 4 year old
thankyou
Don't forget to leave a review of the campsites you have visited this year or last!
At the end of May we were at Fron Farm - and although there is no entertainment as such, the is lamb feeding, tractor rides, and pony rides. The play area was heaving with kids of all ages. What's more is that the quiet policy was strictly enforces so that it was lovely and quiet at ll, so we all got some sleep.
Hi, we have just returned from a stay at Riverside Camping (Pontrug), its about 5 mins drive from Caernarfon - not sure how to put the link on here. We are going to Plassey in Wrexham soon, but never stayed there before so cannot recommend it yet.
I can recommended GreenWood Forest Park and Gypsy Wood for days out, both my girls loved them (aged 3 and 7), both not far from the site. There is also a couple of indoor play areas if the weather is not that nice
Thanks all, We have now booked a site - KATHRYN we are going to Greenwood forest park - we purposely booked a site near there as we have been before and My daughter loved it!!
Thanks again for all youe help!
hi all i phoned plasseys regarding a seasonal touring pitch it does look a lovely site and good facilities only problem is if your van is older than 4 years old you cant put it on there seasonal pitches which i think is wrong you should be able to put your van anywhere at the end of the day its not cheap for a seasonal pitch these days and you wouldnt be using your van if it wasnt roadworthy so i dont see the problem with your van being old
