Hi we are on a real buget this year and some of the campsites can be a bit pricey so please post your campsites you have found for under £10 for a family of 4 as we really fancy a change of campsite.

As a minimum will need toilets and shower, and drinking water.

We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 11 and will travel anywhere within 2 hours of manchester with a 5 man tent with awing

Our Campsites finds so far -

Bickerton Poacher, Bickerton (£8 per night for 5 man + tent, £6 for smaller tents).

Coopers farm, edale (£9 per night)

Are you members of the Camping and Caravanning Club? You will find Certificated Sites (CSs) which will meet your requirements, you can look them up on their website once you are a member.

No I am not a member of Camping and caravan club, I have not joined as I was not sure if it would pay for its self. What sort of discounts can you expect from campsites if you are a member?
