hello i would like to know if anybody knows of a canny campsite for me and me two kids not too far from newcastle area up to about two hours drive could be nothing there or everything last trip of school

Not to sure on the distance from you but Middlewood farm near Robin Hoods Bay Whitby is a good site. Good location/ good well kept site. Hope this helps

Try here iv'e been once and thought it was great,a river running past where kids can do a spot of fishing,little take away and shop on site which is more than reasonable and i would say an hour away from you straight down the A1.

lowther park, penrith,lake district, heading there myself on sunday was there in july fab site

Flower of May just between Scarborough and Filey might be worth a look, it's my favourite site.
