Hi, 
My partner and I are planning to set up a small family run campsite and touring park in the next 12-18 months. We are in the process of compiling our business plan but are having difficulties obtaining accurate information regarding typical monthly or seasonal running costs.

We would very much appreciate any expert advice that could be provided by experienced (or otherwise) campsite or touring park owners, or from those who are now retired.

If you would like to assist us please respond to this post via private message / email stating that you are happy to provide information and we will contact you including a two part questionnaire for completion which can then be returned via email attachment. (This should take no more than 30 mins of your time). We would also be very happy to chat to site owners about their experiences. (Note: We have sought permission and gained approval from UKCampsite.co.uk for this activity.

We believe there is no substitute for expert advice and lessons learned, good or bad from those with first hand experience in the camping and caravanning sector.All responses will be treated with the utmost respect and in the strictest confidence.
