Hi,

This will be our 1st camping trip, we are going with a group of friends who all have children. Ive got 3 children under the age of 6. We are looking for a park near the beech thats child friendly and just really nice that will take group bookings.

Any recommendations would be fab x

There are loads round Abersoch,if you use the search facility on here you'll find something to suit you. We have used Bodwrog near Mynytho which was ok,there's another just down the road but cant remember the name just the fact that it had a 'we are a families only' sign at the entrance. We have booked to go to the Willows again so have a look at their website and we may see you there in July.

There is a family site that overlooks the Abersoch golf club with a path across the course straight to the beach,it may be called Beach veiw(suprisingly!) again if you do a search you should find it.Good luck.

We had a drive around Abersoch last April looking for campsites - there aren't that many which are family orientated within a walk to the beach but the most popular seems to be Tyn y mur

There was another campsite I liked the look of which was close to a stretch of beach accessed a bit further up from the main beach, which looked nice and had a nice play area but I can't for the life of me remember what it was called but If I can find my piece of paper with the sites we looked at on I'll update.
