Ok we are looking to go away for a few days over the easter school holidays (npot easter weekend) but need the following -

Family site

Childrens Play area

Dogs welcome

Walking distance to some nice places/pubs would be nice

No more than £20-£25pn all inc 2 adults, 3 kids(4,2,6mths) EHU

Am I asking too much?

We are going to C&CC Ravenglass at Easter. I think it ticks all the boxes, I haven't been yet but the only sticking point is childrens play area. I assume it will have one but not specifically mentioned.

Keswick camping and caravan club site (Derwent water)might be a bit more than £25 a night tho

Ravenglass C&CC doesn't have a children's play area (didn't as of a couple of years ago anyway but the local playground is only a few minutes walk away - near the station for the railway.

Nice site though :)

Waterfoot at Ullswater has a huge playing field for the kids, and a small bar, 15 min walk to village.

Fisherground at Eskdale should come in just under £25 a night including the dog!  Lots for kids to do, stop for the Ratty Train to Ravenglass on site.  Nive walks and a few pubs in the area.  C&CC Eskdale very good too.
