I know I've left it a bit late this year but can anyone suggest a campsite with clean facilities,hot running water, EHU and a pub within 1/2 mile? Don't mind where it is. We can arrive this Saturday 16th April and can leave 24th or 25th April.

Any suggestions are welcome!

Cote Ghyll at Osmotherley would tick all your boxes - beautiful site with excellent facilities, EHU, large pitches and the village is within a short walk and has 3 pubs, village store and a good chippy!
Not sure if they have any availability though - you would have to give them a call.

We tried to find somewhere with EHU for Easter weekend a couple of weeks ago and failed. I think every man, woman, child and dog are getting their tents out for the first time in the next couple of weeks. I am just as keen myself but we werent able to make firm plans for Easter any sooner.

Have you thought about going without EHU? Thats what we are going to do, will have the fleece blankets, hot water bottles and gas heater just in case.

We could do without EHU - we have done before. I suppose it's just a case of whatever we can find with availability at this late stage....

hi, we have some availability if you fancy a trip north. have a look at bankhead villa, northumberland. was opening after refurb for easter, bet on track to be finished this week.
