Hullo all...

We were thinking of trying for a seasonal pitch for 2012 at a site close to us, not chosen a site yet thats why I'm typing this.

Can anyone out there give some indication of prices charged on avaerage by sites for the season. The only one I have seen so far is about £120.00 per month, does that seem fair ?

A couple I have looked at but not taken have been £1200 - £1500 for the season plus electric for nights occupied.

£120 per month sounds ok to me if its all inclusive.

It's about the same as I am paying.  I calculated that the annual cost, which includes winter storage, would work out cheaperthan paying each night, taking into account the extra fuel costs of towing.  I can leave my awning up, if I wish, from March to the end of October and have found it worthwhile in terms of not having to put everything away on Sunday only to get it all out again on Friday.

It really depends on how often you intend to use it.

We pay £1565pa plus electric via a card meter. That is from beginning of March until mid November and winter storage.  We think it is worth it.

We pay £1300 from 1st March to 31st October and 1st November till 28th February Winter storage.  Water and electric all included in price.  Is that about £108 a month fully inclusive?
