Like the look of the reviews of Centenary Way in Filey - quiet family camping within walking distance to town/beach but on google maps it looks like a mass of statics. There seems to be a very nearby site called Muston Grange - are they one in the same or two separate sites??
Can anyone help?
Thanks

Hi, they are two separate sites but you could easily mistake them for one because they are side by side on the same approach road. Not sure if Muston Grange is the site you are looking at on google maps because there is another site next door to Centenary Way and there are loads of statics on it but I don't know it's name.
Centenary Way does not have statics, it is a lovely site, for tourers and tents. We have been quite a few times now and it is one of our favourites.
There is a site next door to it so that could be what you are looking at/ The last time we went there were no statics only tents and tourers. Its a lovely little site, book and go, am sure you wont regret it.
Hi Reen
As has been said, there is another touring site next to Centenary Way; Muston Grange, (which only takes caravans) but there are also two static sites, Lowfield caravan site and Seadale next to Centenary way. Which is probably what you are seeing as they next to each other.
You are obviously looking at the site next door, which I wandered round one evening while on a dog walk, and it is all statics. I stayed at Centenary Way over Easter, lovely site for tourers and tents, and not a static to be seen. Go ahead and book, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

All the years we have been going to Filey and never knew Seadale existed!!! I have never seen any signs for it. We have stayed at Centenary Way and have passed Muston Grange to get to it. Is Seadale further along past Centenary Way then?

Yes, Seadale is at the back of Centenary Way - between Centenary Way and the railway line. I don't know how you get to it by road but there's a pedestrian entrance only a few yards down the footpath from Centenary Way entrance though there are no signs anywhere to say which site it is. It's quite an extensive static site and seems to have another part to it on the other side of the footpath (unless that's a different site altogether) but on several occasions while walking the dogs I saw people crossing from one site into the other.
