Hi
We had 2 weeks there with our trailer tent before we changed to a caravan. The site was excellent for us and our then 5 year old daughter. She loved the on site pools and the small park.
The facilities were good, although the toilets/showers were due a refit which should have been done now. There are quite a lot of seasonal caravans, so the onsite club is lively at weekends.
We found it a good base for exploring Devon, and we were blessed with 2 weeks unbroken sunshine (yes in the UK).
There is a small shop, but we did most of our shopping and had the odd meal out, in Ilfracombe which is about 3 miles away, and has everything you need.
Other than the pool/park there isn't a lot else on the site unless you have a boat or like beach or sea fishing (there is a small cove).
Assuming the site hasn't gone bad, I'd recommend it as a good family site, with good facilities and friendly staff.
Cheers
Paul
