I would like to cheer the campingsite breakoutdoors.co.uk
We ordered a campingtable and chairs. Unfortionately the chairs I ordered was not available so they sent a better more expensive chair instead without raising the price.
When the chairs and table arrived, we discovered that they sent the wrong table.
Instead of making me go through the activities to send the table back and wait for a new one. They told me that I can keep the table I got and that they would send me the actual table I ordered.
Not to great logistics system but the service was really great.
By the way - I live in Sweden
