Hi,

My husband is due to have surgery next month and will not be able to drive or move heavy objects for a few weeks.  We would really like to still use our caravan,and wondered if anyone knows of any sites in the North West where we could possibly leave our van for about 4 weeks and just visit at weekends.  I know it's a long shot but worth a try!

You could try wyreside lakes, its on here, they do seasonals, looks a nice site, always meant to visit, but sold the caravan, has a small bar, and is near Lancaster.

Try Riverside at High Bentham. lovely site and I know our friends have left their van there or a couple of weeks at a time.
