Hi we are booked into Blackshaw Moor Caravan Club Site near Leek this year and am looking for advice on route choice from the north west of England. RAC recommend going via the M60 and Macclesfield is it better to go down the M6 to Stoke?

I've never been to Leek but in my many 1000's of miles I travel each year i would pick the Stoke route. Stoke takes me 1 1/4 hrs solo from Lytham StAnnes., so add around 30  mins on for Lancaster, unless its a Friday afternoon then add around 2hrs on!!, infact if its a Friday go the other way!

i would recommend you go stoke way, various ways but quite simple they do take you through towns but good roads. way we would go is a500 to festival retail park through cobridge, milton, endon then on to leek very easy.
