We've had our summer holiday booked for a number of weeks now and we're off to Twitchen House, Woolacombe Bay - going with new tent this time but a bit worried about the windy conditions I keep reading about.

Has anybody experienced any damage to their tent whilst camping here and was it  nice place to stay??

We had a seasonal pitch at this site for 2 years and had an awning up several times, didnt find it a problem. It was a lovely site, and we only left because we needed to be closer to home. Have a good holiday theres lots to see and do in the area.
