we have just had our first camping taster weekend to brean for a couple of nights,now we want to go further and am thinking of going to lincolnshire.

any suggestions for sites near the coast between Cleethorpes and Boston that are child friendly but fairly quiet

It's a C&CC certificated site but they some sites let tents on without you having to join the club.

Pilgrims way at Boston is great, quiet and safe for kids with a play area and trampoline.

Word of warning - I have noticed that your 'outfit' is a tent .. Lincolnshire can be very windy, the presence of wind farms gives you more clues. We went to Mablethorpe - nice C&CC campsite but was very windy and didn't enjoy it much.  Next time we'll go for one a bit more inland with a nice hedge !

A little inland, but an easy drive to the coast, is Jubilee Park in Woodhall Spa. Great site,especially for children and Woodhall a great little town.

theres the haven site thorpe park .its a brill site and good for kids.me my oh and 2 dogs have just returned after spending 9 weeks on the camping and touring site.the wardens are good too

I`ve looked at Jubilee park, their web site doesn`t show much of the camp site. is it secure as it looks as though its in a public park and I`d worry about noisy neighbours at night and leaving the tent during the day
