Can anyone help.

I have been searching for somewhere to stay in Dorset that will please the whole family. Us adults would like to stay in an area of beauty and I think Dorset fits the bill. The kids 3 and 5 would like some evening entertainment and lets face it when the kids are happy the adults are happy! But I am stuggling to find a decent site with the entertainment in Dorset. Any one got a recommendation?

Sea Barn Farm has beauty.

Fantastic sunsets/walks and views, it overlooks the Fleet (lagoon) and the well known Chesil Beach. The site is child friendly with space to run around on, a park and a small shop. We also had free use of nextdoor's West Fleet Farm Campsite with its  swimming pool/ entertainment barn/shop/park. Owners have 3 sites on neighbouring land, all next to each other.

Walking through West Fleet Campsite through to the top of Bagwell Farm following the concrete track will take you to the Bus Stop  where you can take the bus into Weymouth or take the Jurasic Bus along the coastline to many Coastal locations.

We stay at Seaview (Haven) in Preston. It has two pools, entertainment and some kids clubs. It is close to the beach and near to the amusement park for the kids of an evening if you wanted. But not close enough to disturb you. We go in June though so would expect prices to be a lot higher over school hols - which is why we don't go then! Our kids are 7, 5 and 2.

Thanks.

We have actually booked East Fleet now, no entertainment, fingers crossed it will be good. Am going to check out sea barn while we are there. We found it after we had booked, it looks perfect to have the peace on site but the option of the entertainment at west fleet. Maybe next time.

Had a bad experience at Haven, dirty with poor toilet humour entertainment, though I do keep on being drawn to seaview. What is seaview like in regard to cleanliness and entertainment standard?
