i don't know any non'commercial sites that would allow a lot of noise and have no curfew.too many families etc to upset.
you 'may' be better thinking of a larger commercial site as when we;ve visited these then has been no end of nosie until well into the night and no warden etc around that seemed bothered. With 2 very young kids we need peace and quiet after 10 ish in the eve.
ahhhh - i imagined stereos, cars revving engines, swearing etc! That's what happened when i was a university finisher pre husband and family!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you looked into Shell Island in llanbedr (sp?). We did a group camp there and it was perfect, although the facilities aren't the best. You can head down to the beach for camp fires or buy one of their fire pits.
Again not quite ticking all your boxes, but you may be interested in Europa in Woolacombe, North Devon (pity the Swansea - Ilfracombe ferry isn't up and running yet!)
