of any camp sights that me and my fiancée could get to either by coach or train i live in west London and neither of us drive but it would be nice for us both to just up sticks and go away for a few days or something would be good fun and we only have a small 4 man tent and would only have to take the essentials.

There are a few round weymouth that im sure would only be a short taxi drive from train station ,we stayed at sea barn farm which is 5 miles from train station and there are other campsites close by east fleet, west fleet ,and bagwell.

.http://www.seabarnfarm.co.uk/  This is a link to sites. also if you stayed at any of these you wouldnt be too far from weymouth.Sorry dont know taxi prices

here is link to weymouth taxi company http://www.weyline.com/home.htm hope that helps

The Camping and Caravanning Club site at Moreton (check availabilty - probably need to book this time of year) is almost next door to a station on the Weymouth line.

Or use hlk01's link above, then Google maps to check the actual distance between stations and sites.

I would recommend Dawlsih Warren too.  A walk uphill from the train station to Leadstone and close to the beach & a few pubs.  There is a good regular bus service to other towns.

If you want to go further afield then may I suggest Whitehill Farm in Devon. Catch Train to Paignton then a Short bus ride to Whitehill Farm. The bus stops right outside the park.

Its a nice site in the countryside but within easy reach of Torbay.

You can get the national express or train to Paignton and the bus station in Paignton is right next to the train station.
