How about Snowdonia Park, Waunfawr. Near to Caernarfon. Steam railway station at the site. Not sure how long the drive is from where you are. I suspect a little too long.

If you are prepared to travel down to east sussex, Rother Valley campsite has a steam train station right next to it - there are several trains a day passing the campsite and you can buy a day ticket and travel up and down the line visiting places like Bodiam Castle. Sorry, I can't remember the name of the line.
Not sure on journey time from Norfolk but Station Camp Site at Carrog in North Wales is right at the end of the Llangollen steam railway line. The engines turn round right behind the site and the station is just across the lane.
