Hi managed to book last minute at sandy balls for this weekend. We will be in the "Chamberlain field" seasonal camping field with basic facilities.
We were told one tent only, whatever the size. 2 tiny tents are not allowed but one huge tent is fine.Something to do with fire regs and having space between tents(?)
Has anyone taken quechua pop ups joined together. I have 4.2 base, base full and a 2seconds air. They all "twin" rather nicely, does that qualify as 1 tent?
Also could I put up a tarp to cook under do you think if its raining?

Ooh I can now reply to my own post because I have just spent the weekend at Sandy Balls, Chamberlain field. I took by Quechua combos,3 tents in all all twinned with a tarp as a canopy to cook under. There wasn't a problem as they were seen as 1 tent as they were all stuck together. I will put a review of the campsite shortly
There really is a site called 'Sandy Balls' ?? boy somebody had a sense of humor naming that site lol
