Fingers crossed it's improved! We went last year and it was bad, tiny pitch, everyone crammed in and filthy toilets.
I really hope it's got better, would be interesting to know

Sorry but I thought honesty was the best policy!
I think we may have just timed at a bad patch, I really do hope it's better as it's fairly local to us and the one bad weekend has now got my hubby refusing to go to any of their other parks
No problems when I went, but it was in low season. As Haven sites go it's fairly small, but everything was spotless when we had a mini-meet there - some of the pitches were a bit uneven though.
We went last year, tent pitches crammed in around pine trees and sandy pitches. Could be a lovely touring pitch if more care was taken. Toilets were ok, staff tried to keep up with them. Older kids were all over the play areas keeping the younger kids off... my 11 year old said mum can we go to a quiet site next time!! You definately need to car to get to places, site in a little village with nothing much around it.
After this we swore we would never go to haven again, hopefully things will improve, it was a lot of money for a weeks camping
Blimey, 24 years since I went on our way back down from Scotland, seemingly it hasn't improved in that time. I remember being under water in July, the awning was literally swimming.
