Any recommendatiosn for site halfway between Birmingham and New Forest so we can meet up with friends. They have motorhome, we have camper van. We'd like hook-up and showers etc.Guess it would be somewhere around Oxford area ?

What sort of price? Godwins Ice Cream Farm is near the A34 between Oxford and Bicester so easy to get to, has facilities but we didn't use the showers so can't comment on them. £12 per night a couple of years ago. A bit basic, but ok for a short stay.

Nice site right in the middle of Oxford! It's a camping & caravan club site.

It's within walking distance of the city centre and makes a different type of camping/caravanning!   Not a bad site at all.

Lincoln Farm Park is another really good site worth looking at, but it does get booked up quickly. See link here

Greenhill Leisure Park is on the A34 just before you get onto the M40 to Birmingham at Junction 9 (Bicester).  About 70 miles from Birmingham.  Facilities are first class.  Free fishing on site, games room, free wi-fi hotspots.
